FNL Vendor Application Form 2026

FNL Vendor Application Form 2026
Friday Night Live is a free evening series that takes place every summer from 5 pm to 10 pm. This year, we’re expanding the series into six themed Friday nights, July 10 to August 14, creating a more consistent weekly draw for downtown businesses, residents, and visitors.
Each night features a unique experience—such as Movie Night, Food Trucks, and Live Local Music—bringing a variety of experiences that appeal to different audiences and keep people coming back week after week.
Center Street and Merchants Row are blocked off for the evening, and vendors set up along the streets in an open-air fashion while visitors enjoy a featured experience, outdoor dining, children's activities, and more. Each night of the series brings thousands of people to Downtown Rutland, Vermont!
Setup
Vendors submitting this application agree to be set up at their assigned outdoor space between 3pm to 5pm. Vendors must be set up before 5pm as late arrivals are disruptive to attendees and other vendors at the event. Vehicles will not be allowed on event grounds again until 10pm. We ask all vendors to strictly observe these setup and take down times.
Payments & Paperwork
The Downtown Rutland Partnership requires all vendors to provide copies of any permits, paperwork or licenses required by the city or the state. Food vendors must provide proof of insurance. Vendors are subject to Rutland City’s 1% Local Option Tax, Sales & Entertainment and Rooms & Meals.
The Downtown Rutland Partnership reserves the right to reject any application. If an application is rejected, payment will be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns, please email info@downtownrutland.com. Due to the event’s popularity, vendor space is limited. We reserve the right to jury each application. Additional information may be required.
Power
Vendors are responsible for providing their own power source (solar, generator, battery system, etc.). If you only need to charge a phone or tablet, we recommend bringing a portable power bank.
Please note: The event may be inspected by the State of Vermont's Department of Health or Department of Liquor Control. Please review their guidelines prior to submitting your application. In the event that the participating event is inspected, we encourage all our vendors to provide complete documentation to the state inspector at the time of review.
