BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Volunteerism is the lifeblood of a strong community and we want to stand side by side with you to create a thriving Downtown Rutland that our community and visitors will enjoy. We couldn’t put on our events or execute our community projects without the generosity of residents who are willing to volunteer their time.

Whether you’d like to help on event day, serve on our NEW Volunteer Monthly Meetup, beautify Downtown, volunteer photography, or aid in last minute projects, we’d love to talk to you! Fill out the form below to get started.

Volunteer Monthly Meet-up
What to Expect: Each month, we gather for a one-hour meet-up to engage in meaningful activities, such as cleaning up our streets or assisting with specific community projects.
Volunteer Needs: Activities will be announced about a week before each meet-up, giving you time to prepare and join us!
Flexibility: No need to commit to every month! Feel free to drop in whenever you're available. Your participation, even if sporadic, makes a difference!
Check our Facebook events for scheduled meet-ups. Please note that our next meet-up will be scheduled for January 2026.
