The Rutland Free Library is Rutland’s community center for literacy, culture & lifelong learning. Our mission is to bring people, information and ideas together to enrich lives and to build a vibrant, strong community. We have books, DVDs, downloadable e-books and audio, magazines, newspapers, free wireless Internet, computers, photocopiers, local history, services and programs for children and adults.

Children can pick up free books every Friday from 10am to Noon.
