Rutland Herald 2021 Readers' Choice Award winners announced
September 23rd, 2021 — RUTLAND HERALD — Over 14 thousand nominations and 75 thousand votes in this thirteenth edition of the Rutland Herald Readers’ Choice Awards. Voters shared their voice and opinion on what constitutes the better, brighter side of Rutland as a place to live, work and do business. There were many repeat winners, but also several first-timers and upsets.
During the time of a pandemic you will still find the businesses and people in these pages reflecting the truth that the strength of locally-owned and locally-operated businesses lies in the people who connect them to the customers and the community. Time and again what stands out among the winners and runners up is the strong service and helpful touch provided at the person-to-person level.
