FNL Vendor Application Form
FNL Vendor Application Form
Friday Night Live is a free evening series that takes place every summer from 5pm to 10pm. Each night features a main stage headliner act and local musician on the street. Center Street and Merchants Row are blocked off for the evening and vendors set up along the streets in open air fashion while visitors enjoy music, outdoor dining, children's activities and more. Each night of the series brings around 5,000+ people to Downtown Rutland.
Setup
Vendors submitting this application agree to be on Center Street to set up between 3:00 to 5pm. Vendors must be set up before 5pm as late arrivals are disruptive to attendees and other vendors at the event. Vehicles will not be allowed on event grounds again until 10pm. We ask all vendors to strictly observe these setup and take down times.
Payments & Paperwork
The Downtown Rutland Partnership requires all vendors to provide copies of any permits, paperwork or licenses required by the city or the state. Food vendors must provide proof of insurance. Vendors are subject to a Rooms, Meals, and Entertainment Tax. Payment is required with the submission of this application and is non-refundable.
The Downtown Rutland Partnership reserves the right to reject any application. If an application is rejected, payment will be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail info@downtownrutland.com. Due to the eventโs popularity, vendor space is limited. We reserve the right to jury each application. Additional information may be required.
Power
The availability of power is limited and not guaranteed. Requests for power not communicated in advance will not be accommodated. Food production equipment and any other large equipment must be powered by your own means (solar, generator, etc.) If you're looking to power a cell phone or tablet, we recommend investing in a portable power bank.
Please note: The event may be inspected by the State of Vermont's Department of Health or Department of Liquor Control. Please review their guidelines prior to submitting your application. In the event that the participating event is inspected, we encourage all our vendors to provide complete documentation to the state inspector at the time of review.
